Return Policy

  • If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we accept returns within 30-day of receipt for most items in new condition.

  • If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.

  • Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • In contacting email nicely mention :

    1. Your order number or the order screenshot.

    2. The reason that you want to return.(Your reasons or suggestions are very valuable for us to improve our products and services continuously.)

    3. Our customer service will reply in 24 hours via email (cs@efeoptical.com) by informing you EFE's local warehouse address and consignee information.

    4. You need to send the products to EFE's warehouse and share the tracking number with us.

(The reason for return isn't a result of an EFE's error the original shipping fee and return shipping fees is non-refundable).

We will refund in 24 hours when we received the tracking number.
