Returns & Exchanges
- We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .
- Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account.
- Unused accessories can be returned for a 100% refund (excluding shipping).
- We will replace broken frames at no charge during this 30-day warranty period.
- Replacement nose pads and nose pad screws for rimless frames are offered for the lifetime of the glasses. We do not provide replacement screws for frames other than rimless frames.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-EFE products .
- Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- If you feel there has been a manufacturing error, please contact us for a return label and return authorization to return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period.
- If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge.
- If our inspection shows the glasses were made correctly, standard return options will be applicable for glasses within warranty and out of warranty.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
