Return Policy

 If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we accept returns within 14 day of receipt for most items in new condition.

 If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 14-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will ship new glasses for you at no additional charge.

 Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 Contact us : cs@efeoptical.com and inform us that you want to make a return or refund.

 Your email should containing:

     1. Your order number or the order screen shot.

     2. The reason that you want to return.(Your reasons or suggestions are very valuable for us to improve our products and services continuously.)

 Our customer service will reply in 24 hours via email (cs@efeoptical.com) by informing you EFE's local warehouse address and consignee information.

 You need to send the products to EFE's warehouse and share the tracking number with us.(The reason for return isn't a result of an EFE's error the original shipping fee and return shipping fees is non-refundable).
