Return & Refund

 If the glasses have any issue or you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received,  we accept returns within 14 dayof receipt for most items in new condition.

 If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 14 days warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will ship new glasses for you at no additional charge.

 Please contact us by email cs@efeoptical.com, and your email should containing:

1.The order number or the order screen shot.

2.The items that you want to return and the reasons. (Your reasons or suggestions are very valuable for us to improve our products and services continuously.)

 Our customer service will reply in 24 hours via email (cs@efeoptical.com) by informing you EFE's local warehouse address and consignee information.

 After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. And the returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 After send the products to EFE's warehouse, please share the tracking number with us via email.

 Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 The reason for return isn't a result of an EFE's error the original shipping fee and return shipping fees is non-refundable.
