Q: How we can start ordering?
A:  Step 1: Select the needed style, colour and qty. ( MOQ 12 pcs per SKU) and "Add to cart"

Q: How we going to pay for the order?

A:  We accept the paypal to pay

Q:  How the parcel will be arranged?

A: You can select to use : DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT,  forwarders or others

Q: What would be the cost for shipment?

A:  Depend on the express company you will use and the location. We can give you a rough idea:             

 - small parcel with 1-20 frames, parcel cost around $40-50

- 50-100 pcs per shipment, express free around extra $1.2 per frame

 - 100 - 200 pcs per shipment, express free around extra $1 per frame

- over 200 pcs per shipment, express free around  extra $0.5-$0.7 per frame

Q: Other then flight charges, are there another costs?

A: Yes, there might be import duties and local taxes. And these are buyers' responsibility

  please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Q: How long for you to take to deliver the order

A: We promise to arrange  the shipment 5 to 7 working days after confirm receive your payment.

Q: Let's say we decide to use DHL, how many days should we expect the parcel to arrive ?

A: China to EU need 4 to 7 days

  China to the US need 5 - 7 days

  China to Asia countries need 2 to 4 days

  These are only approx. period of time. Exact delivery time depends on destination, custom clearance, peak period during holidays .. etc

Warranty and Return Policy

Q: Do you have quality warranty?

A: If the product you receive is not as described, low quantity, we ensure replace/ exchange/ refund the problems frames.

Q: What am I going to do, if my customer come back for a broken frame?

A; We have one year quality warranty ( count from the day we sent out the frame), if there is any quality problems caused by production, and frame is under normal wearing,

If you need replacement or any quality issue, please contact us, le us know the detailed problems and send us some pictures for conformation.

Q; How about if it is the problems caused by the wearers?

A: We always keep spare parts for after sales services. Just feel free to contact us, we might be able to help by sending you some parts.

Reordering and New styles

Q: Would it be lack of stock when we want to reorder?

A: Normally we keep relatively big qty per SKU. We review our stock level every 2 weeks to ensure all the well going styles to have enough inventories.

But yes, there might be a chance the frame you need to reorder are running out of stock, especially after optical fairs.

Q: How many new styles be introduced per year?

A; We have 300 - 400 new styles per year. 

Q: How should I know when you have new launch?

A: Usually, we have new launch during optical fair: Silmo, Munich, MIDO, HK fair, NY fair.  In between if we have new styles coming out, we send email to inform our customers.
